About the Event
This dazzling evening at the end of the trail in the lovely La Fonda setting will begin with a cocktail reception and silent auction hour. Enjoy a gourmet dinner and live auction, then kick up your heel with entertainment and dancing.
Funds raised from this special event provide many free programs and services that are offered by the American Cancer Society for people of Santa Fe whose lives are challenged by cancer.
The continuing success of this event is due to dedicated community volunteers, local businesses, and individuals who provide underwriting and other financial support, including the donation of goods and services, as well as auction items. The incredible community collaboration and the contagious enthusiasm of the Spring Gala attendees combine to produce a successful event each year.
Today and tomorrow, one of our friends, neighbors, even relatives, will be told that he or she has some form of cancer. No one is immune to this disease. However, with continuing education, intensified research, and early detection, this disease can be conquered. This is where your contribution plays a vital role.
